Our Guarantee We stand behind every bag of Eviora with a full 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full — no questions asked.


How To Request a Refund Email us at support@eviora.store with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief note on why you'd like a refund

We respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Do I Need To Return the Product? No. You do not need to ship anything back. We do not require returns due to the consumable nature of the product. Simply contact us and we handle the rest.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — your choice.


What Is Not Covered

  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received without further investigation
